Wayne originally trained in Electrical Engineering Technology at a little technical school called R.E.T.S. located in Baltimore right where Camden Yards Stadium now sits. He was soon hired by Westinghouse Defense Electronics Group and for 8 and a half years he worked in the leading edge top secret world of defense electronics where he taught himself how to use computers to automate complex, sophisticated and rigorous testing of advanced aerospace technologies. After being laid off in the early 90’s, Wayne continued educating himself, not only as he pursued a successful career in database systems and architecture but also self-studying home improvements and auto repairs to keep costs down at home.
